Drew Harris
Lean & Six Sigma Improvement Associates was founded by Drew Harris, an Industrial Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with decades of experience helping organizations reduce waste, improve productivity, increase capacity, strengthen quality, and improve operational performance.
Drew has supported operational improvement initiatives across aerospace, healthcare, biotechnology, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, utilities, information technology, security operations, and other performance-driven environments.
In addition to leading major improvement initiatives, Drew has trained and mentored Green Belts and worked alongside Black Belts and Master Black Belts throughout the United States.
While Drew serves as founder and principal leader, Lean & Six Sigma Improvement Associates is not a one-person consulting practice. The organization is supported by a nationwide network of experienced improvement professionals who can be deployed as client needs require.
